What exactly do you do?

I help organizations implement AI practically — from strategy through architecture to working systems. I specialize in enterprise AI, RAG systems, autonomous agents, and AI education. 25+ years in IT, focused on Generative AI since 2022.

How quickly can we start?

Typically within 1-2 weeks. We start with a free 30-minute discovery call, then a scoped proposal. First deliverable usually in 2-4 weeks.

What industries do you work with?

Primarily technology, energy (E.ON), telecom (Deutsche Telekom, Orange, T-Mobile), retail (Empik), and education (PBAW, Akademia Dobrej Edukacji). AI is applicable everywhere — what matters is the business problem.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Both. Strategic and architecture work is primarily remote. Workshops and hands-on implementations often benefit from on-site sessions. I'm based in Warsaw but work across Europe.

What makes you different from a consulting firm?

Senior expertise without enterprise overhead. You work directly with me — no juniors, no account managers. I'm a co-founder and shareholder of Hycom (the company grew to 300 people). I've built real AI systems and taught AI to teachers and executives. I speak both business and engineering.
